1. Great workout facility and nice pool area.

2. Slight negative is the trmendous oise the room doors make when falling shut , especially when not too considerate guests walk out of their room at early hours and let the door slam waking up most rooms around theirs; maybe doorstoppers can dampen the noise a little ? Had to pay for extra late check out ( out at 3 pm instead of 12 ) which seemed strange as I am a HH diamond and hilton never charges me for late check out so I asume this was because I am only Hyatt Gold and not higher level of frequent guest ? All in all we had a very nice stay and certainly this is a hotel to return to when in boston for my next visit .

3. Several nice tourist sites are within walking distance and the concierge has nice little maps with all relevant information .

6. and the thing most business travelers can't understand, how is it that the holiday inn can provide free wi fi and a Hyatt which is set up for business conferences charges you a daily feethere was at least a comfortable chair to read in with a good light nearbyon the one plus side the hotel staff seemed nice and the lap pool was niceThis would not be the hotel I would stay in again if I was in Boston.

7. The bed was comfy, as always, the room was lovely, but it would have been nice to have gotten a glass of wine or two on the house for the inconvenience of the construction, which was NOT noted out on any of our reservation confirmations.

10. Walking or jogging by the Charles is a nice touch, but if you are coming to Boston for a personal vacation, I would look to stay elsewhere.
