1. Usually our Hyatt Regency stays are exceptional; unfortunately we didn't know about in-house construction going on when we made our reservation here; it was noisy (hammering, even though we paid extra for a higher floor) and overall less than the usual great Hyatt stay.

3. They also charge you for WIFI, which for a 4 star hotel you would expect them to provide more then just a bed to rest on and except such amenities.
