On arrival we were greeted with a lovely smile and 'How may I help you', we went straight to our room (I asked for a tower room) which was very spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are the biggest I have seen, the breakfast buffet was good, the staff are friendly and chatty, the free Disney coaches are very handy and are regular.
