1. He told us we would be on a fantastic floor (8th floor) and would have a view of the fireworks from Downtown Disney.

6. The hotel was in a great location, can't fault the location or the staff, they were fantastic on reception, but the room was terrible, the patio doors open one inch for fresh air, as the air conditioning did not work.

7. We ate in the resaturant many times and found the food very good in 2009 we were a party of 20 and for dinner on my niece's 18th birthday gave us one of there small entertaining rooms and served us dinner in there ,it was so very kind and the meal was wonderful and the service fantastic.

10. The hotel itself is fantastic BUT they give you free breakfast buffet coupons and then proceed to charge you for those same 'free' breakfasts.
