5. First not giving us the internet codes when our internet was free for the Groupon,(Once I got on the phone, I was given the codes) then for a late checkout, which we did not get, then for extra coffee, which they forgot about.

6. I got the deal on a Groupon, So each night was $120 and included the resort charge, free parking and free shuttle service to the Disney parks.

7. When our room wasn't ready on time, the front desk assured me I didn't have to worry about them holding my room(?) so we could feel free to go out to dinner.
