1. positives: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tower rooms have a jacuzzi bathtub that is unlike any other in downtown disney ~ this is soooo amazing after a long day at the parkNegatives: Outdated and could stay at nicer places for the same price If they update this hotel it could be right up there with the hilton/buena vista palace because of the amazing bath tub.

9. The parking lot gate arm was in the OPEN position for a few days, and closed for the rest, and as others have said, its a shared lot and can be accessed from other hotels.
