3. The hotel was in a great location, can't fault the location or the staff, they were fantastic on reception, but the room was terrible, the patio doors open one inch for fresh air, as the air conditioning did not work.

4. The fish was definitely frozen I don't remember what dish it was either the Talapia or Mahi Mahi, but it was bad, and the veggies were not fresh you can tell they were old from the stems of the broccoli (browned), and the dry look on the carrots.

We had a massive room with a view of Downtown Disney (you can walk to Downtown Disney in under 10mins) the bedroom was clean and had everything we need, the bathroom was great with a lovely bath and a big walk in shower, the maid gave us fresh towels every day and the bed was always made however it didnt seem that they hoovered or changed the sheets in our 2 week stay but other than that we was very happy with the quality of the room we had.

10. Very very spacious clean room, on the high floor, nice comfortable bed and linens, in room amenities were nice, all rooms have balcony so we can peak open the sliding door for some fresh air though cannot open fully for security reason.
