3. So, I am mad and I ride the elevator back downstairs and talk with a gentleman (and a lady was there along with a gentleman at the side) and ask them for help.

7. The hotel staff was very helpful how ever if you are driving in the parking was a pain and the cost was $10 per day and the gates were also a pain and confusing you need a special card to open the gates to get in and out.
