1. I say this with surprise because I have found lately that the quality of cleaning in hotels (I stay 4+ nights a month in hotels) has been going down hill.

6. made it to the hotel earlier then check in time had 2 babies with me the staff was kind enough to check us in, the room was beautiful and very clean what ever i needed the staff made sure we receive, the hotel staff were very kind and courteous the bus transportation was nice and ride was smooth sailing, when i return next year will be sure to pick this hotel again.

7. The not-so-good: Every area of this hotel from the entry to the guestrooms are tired, beaten down and some areas are simply dingy and in need of a good cleaning.
