2. positives of this property: Starbucks in the lower level with an outdoor patio, a nice though small pool deck, a great beach area (chairs are ten dollars so be ready for that), a bike rental shop out front, and a very short walk to many fine restaurants, you do not need a car at this hotel if you are just doing Miami Beach.
