9. The rooms are small but very comfortable and pleasantly decorated, a nice change from a lunatic asylum style rooms (and prices) in hotels such as Delano, Tides or The Shore Club.

10. But I would recommend it to others just because I think that 3 out of the 6 managers that we spoke to were honestly appalled by the whole situation and did everything they could to try to make our stay as pleasant as possible after each incident.
