4. Our new room was on the ocean front and was quite nice, but all of the hotel seems a bit dated (circa 1987).

8. I am a Marriott Platinum member so stay more than 75 nights at their hotels a year so admittedly am a regular with them, but I like this one enough to pay for it rather than wait for point eligible stays and wound up paying for half of this stay due to the new Year crowd.

9. We visited the newly renovated Fontainebleau, and that might be my choice for our next visit.

10. We ended up here Jan 17th after being booted out of the Eden Roc the day before our reservation, because its new tower was not ready.
