Finally after about my fourth call to the front desk to complain/ask for something else to be taken care of in the room (after taking a quick trip to the pool to look around, we arrived back at the room to find a maintenance man repairing the refridgerator and safe), I went back to the front desk and explained that we were here for a special occassion and that this room was providing us with anything but.

5. The resturant was great as well, prices were the same as all of South Beach but the food was great, so who cares if I came home broke as a joke?? Rooms were a good size not huge but for us four girls it was great we even had a rollaway brought up and we still had enough room amongst flying dresses and hot curlers, and above all it was clean, clean YES clean.

9. Hotel Drawbacks: 1) I didn't think I would care that the pool was closed, beacause after all you are there for the beach right? Well, getting food/drink service on the beach takes awhile, it really is very hot and muggy, and the ocean water is very warm.

10. We hollered and the chief of housekeeping took care of it, and took care of us, giving us a free $50 breakfast and checking in during the week to make sure all was well.
