1. We stayed at the Marriott South Beach; the service was excellent, very clean, beautiful not to mention the view from our balcony to see the sun rise every morning is priceless.

9. one day the maids didn't make up the room (my son accidentally left the Do not disturb sign; however they could have called the room to see if we were there), and when we arrived at night they had no way to fix up the room and just sent a batch of clean towels.
