1. The custom service needs a lot of improvement, and the hotel should do a better job of disclosing the extra fees it charges.

4. I think if you're looking for a really luxurious place, you might be better off looking at some of the hotels at the northern end of the beach where places like the W are located.

5. Isn't that why I paid to stay at an 'upscale' hotel? I didn't really investigate too much but the Internet options at the hotel seemed pretty bad; better to hit the wifi at the Starbucks downstairs.

8. If you are looking for a relaxing more upscale hotel - this is not the place to go and i have no idea how it received 4 stars and got better reviews.

9. The exception strangely is the room service is pretty good - I know, probably same food as in restaurant but presented better and at least the atmosphere is better even eating in the room or on the balcony.

10. It would have been even better if they were able to offer some sort of entertainment for the children but we settled with what we had.
