1. The service was excellent: the wait staff knew my name, food and beverage preferences by heart after the first night and the event coordinator Megan was a joy to work with, very accommodating and exceptional with her willingness.

As an example we stayed at another place with a 20 resort fee and that included parking, free rides to anywhere within the resort, all gratuities (except restaurant staff), free towels, water in the room, access to the gym, and probably other things I did not take advantage of) this hotel just seemed stuck in the past to me.
