3. Either they try to trick people and hope they don't know any better or they are extremely pooy managed and either one doesn't sit well with me.

4. Besides a dinner or spa visit, I would steer clear of this hotel for the following reasons(some reasons are minor, some major, but overall u expect much better service from a hotel like this).
