1. To our surprise they offered us an upgrade and coupons for free drinks (although we don't drink) and discounts to eat at the restaurants - so we had smoothies and cheese-burgers cooked to order.

4. Recieved an upgrade, daily breakfast buffet, 100 dining credit, free beach chairs/cabanas/sunscreen/gifts and water in room plus checked in early at 1:30 with only a 30 min wait time.

6. They have some sort of list of what you are supposed to get and made a deal about free parking, which, if you are a paying guest, should be free anyway.

7. ONLY WATCH OUT: They say internet and parking is 'free' which it is, but once you check out you will find a mandatory $25 resort fee/night for the use of such amenities including the fitness room, so in reality it isn't 'free.
