2. the pools were amazing though and the snorkeling off the beach in front of the hotel is better than anywhere and the massage at the resort was fabulous.

3. We were unable to be upgraded until after the 2nd night to a better room, as is customary for Gold level SPG members, but when we saw the upgraded room, we decided we were happy where we were with a view of the tennis courts, and mountains in the distance.

7. Upon being here we not only received friendly and low/no pressure suggestions for activites, but also guidance on busy days, options that were less expensive, better timing, etc.

10. The restaurant manager or F & B manager did get an ear bashing , after this he did do the right thing, although he could have handled it alot better.
