1. The mattress seemed to sink in the middle whilst being too hard all around the outside, so there was no way of finding a comfortable position.

2. positives: free shuttle from airport; staff efficient and pleasant; check-in went smoothly; stored our luggage for free until room was ready; room was clean and acceptable; beds and linens were fine; great location for cruise and touring local sights; near local metro; and food good at onsite restaurant.
