2. We then went to the concierge after reluctantly accepting our unacceptable room to ask where we might find some suitable dining, to be snapped at by a rude, extremely disrespectful woman with a french accent, who again made us feel like we were bothering her and how dare we do so.

3. Cons: It is close to the airport and where cruise ships dock so it could get noisy for some people but personally I found the noise level acceptable.

8. We didn't have a car so we did not have to pay the fee for parking which I don't think is acceptable, but I guess they all charge in that area.
