Positives: free shuttle from airport; staff efficient and pleasant; check-in went smoothly; stored our luggage for free until room was ready; room was clean and acceptable; beds and linens were fine; great location for cruise and touring local sights; near local metro; and food good at onsite restaurant.

9. We got dessert from room service and two waters - cake was good but very small and cost us $23 AUD don't bother.

10. It seems to be far from anything else but I'm still not sure what is in SD? The hotel has a shuttle to the SD Zoo which was good but not one to Seaworld (cost us $25 each way in cab) and not one to Safari (too expensive for cab and no other option offered).
