6. Reservation was accurate, checked us into a nice room, although we departed in the morning, check out time isn't till 2pm (maybe because we are gold priority members).

7. nice hotel, shame about the noise, trains running all night and blowing their horns, we stayed on the 12th floor on a very windy night, absolutly awful, the wind screamed throught the balcony door all night, sounded like the train was in our room.
