8. Understaffed? I suggest you book another hotel, I think I would've felt better if I stayed at the Best Western just 2 blocks away or stayed somewhere in the Gaslamp district.

10. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn On the Bay for three out of the 9 years I have visited San Diego for the San Diego Comic Con, and it seems the hotel gets better each year.
