1. I really liked the location of the hotel, right on the bay.

2. Nice hotel, shame about the noise, trains running all night and blowing their horns, we stayed on the 12th floor on a very windy night, absolutly awful, the wind screamed throught the balcony door all night, sounded like the train was in our room.

3. Pros: we liked the location, and the view from the bayside rooms was fabulous.

4. In 30 minutes, we were awakened several times by the various sounds that come from sea-going vessels - horns, whistles, bells, and even something that sounded like a cannon firing (I assume that came from the Maritime Museum).

5. We then went to the concierge after reluctantly accepting our unacceptable room to ask where we might find some suitable dining, to be snapped at by a rude, extremely disrespectful woman with a french accent, who again made us feel like we were bothering her and how dare we do so.

7. Rooms are dated, and, lastly, you'd think that a big hotel chain like HI would realize that people need electrical outlets.

8. They have a so called English pub downstairs, you would not want to go in there, carpets were so dirty, I have never seen anything like it in my life.

10. I recommend this hotel if you are leaving or coming back from a cruise or plan to visit the USS MIdway or like watching the ships and planes or like a retro-vibe.
