1. Found Concierge very helpful and when you go to book your day trips definately use the desk at the front of the hotel, they are so helpful and friendly.

You don't have to, but we find our room is always so much better when we come back and we really do appreciate those who clean up after us so we want them to know that :)STAFFMost times, the staff is nice and will go out of their way to help you or greet you at the least which we really appreciate.
