8. )- Cheaper than other starwood or hiltion properties in Waikiki- Resort fee of $12 includes internet access (wired only - at least in our tower), beach towels/ chair & parking (we used the parking a fair bit, driving in & out multiple times)- clean rooms with a decent shower / bathroomCons:- Ancient rooms, with furniture & furnishings in desperate need for renovation.

9. I definetaly would recommend anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Waikiki, on a budget and requiring a decent, well serviced hotel to stay here.

10. We go to Hawai once or twice a year and most of the time stay at the Princess Kaiulani ,which is a decent and pleasant hotel .
