1. The staff and service was good, so I had no complaints there, but I would be very careful about my room choice if I were to return.

2. I do have to say first impression was pretty good But unfortunately be careful as it appears they over book and you only find out when you get there and after a 12+ hour journey from brisbane via Sydney the last thing you want to here is you are not staying in the hotel you booked .

7. So when booking, be careful that you specify what you want: View, balcony etc, otherwise you may end up in the 4 walls we got.

8. I must also give kudos to Jun, who also did a good job taking care of us and did a very good job keeping his cool with a 'difficult' customer in the bar area.

9. Based on other reviews, we know the decor isn't the most up to date, but for the price and being so close to the beach, who cares? We're more interested in comfort than style anyway.
