4. We noticed that since we are practically local (from the big Island) most staff everywhere in Oahu are either very, very rude or just ignores us completely -- but we're glad this hotel is the exception and treats everyone equally.

7. For a sheraton it needs a bit of TLC There was a big spiders web in the main foyer the whole 6 days of our stay only a small thing but annoying as other sheratons we have stayed at were imaculate .
