1. We noticed that since we are practically local (from the Big Island) most staff everywhere in Oahu are either very, very rude or just ignores us completely -- but we're glad this hotel is the exception and treats everyone equally.

3. We had exceptional service by the front desk who provided tooth brushes, razors, deodorant and slippers when our luggage decided to spend an extra night in San Francisco.
