1. The noise is better from this room but there is a lounge singer from the hotel that goes until ~11pm.

2. We were in two different rooms during our stay (more on this later) and both of them were 'partial ocean view' but I don't think a full ocean view upgrade could have been much better.

You don't have to, but we find our room is always so much better when we come back and we really do appreciate those who clean up after us so we want them to know that :)STAFFMost times, the staff is nice and will go out of their way to help you or greet you at the least which we really appreciate.

6. We complained to the manager the next morning and was moved to a 'better' room at the 'newer tower' but was told that we had to $40 extra per day for this 'upgrade.

7. Was not thrilled with that but it was during the time the Pro Bowl was going on and we were booked for 9 nights and I pretty much have decided that rooms booked for 1-3 nights get the better rooms.
