2. Location wise this hotel is almost perfect, easy walk up Lewers St to the main shopping district, in Lewers St there is plenty of wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops and of course the ever present ABC convienance stores.

3. What I liked was the friendly staff, easy check in; our room wasn't ready as we had arrived very early, off the Dawn Princess, so with help of the friendly efficient receptionist, we were booked in, our luggage checked in, then around to Activities Desk were a wonderful helpful lady helped us book Pearl Harbour Tour and Germaine's for dinner plus travel options to get around Honolulu easily, we choose the No.

8. Excellent full service hotel, Front Desk staff were wonderfult, Bell Staff were wonderful, Valet Staff were wonderful, very fast and respectful, cleaning staff Xue was wonderful as well.

9. Evey night there was turn down service with this wonderful cards that explained a Hawaiian tradition, which was great because we often pay attention to the sun, the beach, and the popular tourist things.
