1. This was our fourth visit to Hawaii but the first time at the Outrigger; much better than the Kaiulani, Moana or Hyatt.

5. The Shore Bird restaurant was quite reasonable for breakfast - we didn't have breakfast included, but I was disappointed that only on the second morning were we offered a discount coupon - could have done better for guests of the hotel.

6. Staff were fairly helpful and the cleaning lady was a delight - kept telling us what to do in order for us to feel better and where we could buy it etc - just lovely.

7. The second morning we ate breakfast at the hotel's own cafe beside the pool,it was very good food, good service even though they were short staffed on that morning, definetly better value for breakfast than Shore Bird in my opinion.

8. We have been to Waikiki 6 times and have stayed in 5 star accommodation each time, we have to say this hotel is as good as any other we have stayed in and at a better price.
