1. Staff were fairly helpful and the cleaning lady was a delight - kept telling us what to do in order for us to feel better and where we could buy it etc - just lovely.

What I liked was the friendly staff, easy check in; our room wasn't ready as we had arrived very early, off the Dawn Princess, so with help of the friendly efficient receptionist, we were booked in, our luggage checked in, then around to Activities Desk were a wonderful helpful lady helped us book Pearl Harbour Tour and Germaine's for dinner plus travel options to get around Honolulu easily, we choose the No.

9. After checking in, the bus boy that was supposed to be at their desk appeared and told us that we could NOT use the trolley if he didn't help us, so we ended up bringing up all our luggage up the elevators w/o a trolley.
