1. There was never a problem with noise and it was nice and quiet, didnt have any issues with sleeping, the beds are nice and comfy.

Ocean views are over rated how much time are you going to spend in your room anyway? i did pay for partial ocean view probably would not next time we stayed in Pacific tower over the pool and pool bar area no noise to complain about other than live music from 6-9pm but once that was over it was very quiet.
