1. Unfortunately, I was too busy during my weekend in Phoenix to enjoy the other amenities of the room, but any staff I met were courteous, the room was really nice.

5. This hotel has a nice comfortable lobby, and an excellent Bell-hop/Concierge(Jason was awesome/full of great info) The free Wifi in the lobby was iffy, sometimes didn't work.

6. We watched a pay-per-view movie, we used the very nice fitness center and we even went out to the basketball court and shot some hoops.

Can't remember her name but she did wear glasses( very helpful) then we asked if we could get a shuttle to a nice restaurant and we were taken by a young gentlemen that recommended US very good place for steaks and were amazed,( guy was mexican and was the shuttle driver he told us that he parents made him learn English and he was awesome everything very well handled and staff were amazing.
