1. This hotel has a nice comfortable lobby, and an excellent Bell-hop/Concierge(Jason was awesome/full of great info) The free Wifi in the lobby was iffy, sometimes didn't work.

Can't remember her name but she did wear glasses( very helpful) then we asked if we could get a shuttle to a nice restaurant and we were taken by a young gentlemen that recommended US very good place for steaks and were amazed,( guy was mexican and was the shuttle driver he told us that he parents made him learn English and he was awesome everything very well handled and staff were amazing.

5. When we arrived I was so surprised - the grounds were absolutely beautiful and it resembled an awesome resort - large lovely pool, two tennis courts and a grand entrance.
