8. It was the cheap room and therefore had a great view of the busy intersection, but the bed was comfortable, the tv and remote worked, the room was clean, the lobby was big, the pool looked good (no time and too cold), the microphones worked, and it was good two days.

9. On the very positive side, all staff members were courteous and helpful, one problem with a slow-running drain was quickly attended to, the hotel was close to I-17 and MetroCenter (big shopping mall) and generally well-kept.
