1. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again would be because of the high price of the room (I think it was around $325/night regularly), but of course most nice hotels in DC are pretty pricey.

3. First incident - for some reason they didn't have our reservation in their computer so luckily I happened to call beforehand to confirm it because I had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone trying fix the situation which was difficult because of the language barrier.
