1. Even though there are two computers for internet use, I think the hotel would do well to offer free wireless internet.

6. it is a >great< location, I got upgraded for free, they did give me use of the microwave for free after I complained, and there is a [clean] fitness center in the hotel (two treadmills, two ellipticals, a bike - or you can get a $10 day pass to Washington Sports Club).

7. Room was clean (hair in the bed) - fridge, microwave (which they told me was free and wasn't), and phone were broken - bathroom was so small that I had to take the TP off the roll to use (and I don't have a big bottom).

8. There are no typical modern amenities such as free in room WiFi ($10/day), a gym (unless you consider a room w/ two treadmills and a step machine a gym), a concierge, a decent bar (there's a bar but it's more depressing than desirable).

9. The only thing I can suggest is that they offer free internet access - this was the only hotel on our entire trip of the US where we had to pay for internet access.
