1. They hotel is in an awesome location, take a walk down connecticut ave to find cool coffee shops, chic restaurants, lounges, and sushi bars.

6. One other thing I noticed was that I couldn`t set the Thermostat to 'Auto On' - either it was on, blowing cool air, or off.

7. From what I saw they were in the midst of renovating and did replace my TV with a 32 inch flat screen so that was cool.

8. It is directly over the hotel heating and cooling system and looks onto a cement roof of the restaurant and into the hotel next door.

9. Dupont Circle is cool, and Connecticut Ave (and nearby P street) is overflowing with great places to eat, drink, shop, and wander.

10. It`s in a great location near the Dupont Circle with loads of cool bars and yummy restaurants nearby - a big heads up for The Luna Grill - they do a great steak and egg breakfast.
