7. the staff was very helpful, despite a major front office error when checking in (they ran the VISA for $11,000 not $1100, even worse the lady at the desk couldn't understand the difference, but the manager was great, taking care of everything).

8. Getting into and out of the bathroom required turning sideways, and getting from the lavatory to the shower involved some careful negotiation.
