1. The staff at the hotel was exceedingly accommodating and responsive to our needs, including securing us great dinner reservations and a wonderful Sunday brunch reservation in Georgetown.

9. The staff in the North Gate Grill are especially efficient and friendly - We had a wonderful buffet breakfast there each morning - freshly made omelets and eggs, freshly prepared waffles, a large variety of muffins & breads, a nice sampling of yogurts & fruit, oatmeal & granola and more.
