1. I had a perfect stay here, front desk were really helpful and we upgraded to a mini suite which was lovely.

3. The staff were exceedingly friendly - everyone from the doormen to the front desk staff, the bartender and room service went above and beyond responding to requests, helping me with last minute reservation changes and generally making sure my stay was enjoyable.
