1. The staff at the hotel was exceedingly accommodating and responsive to our needs, including securing us great dinner reservations and a wonderful Sunday brunch reservation in Georgetown.

5. When we asked the staff at the front desk the following morning if they could speak to the girls about the noise they refused saying they were not responsible for the conduct of guests.

9. If you are an executive member, and this is not offered, be sure to speak to the management as they were very responsive.
