5. i have stayed here before and previously quite liked this hotel due to close proximity to my various meetings I need to attend in the city, the White House, and great restaurants nearby.

7. Feels like this place does not belong to year 2012; perhaps it is from late 70s - early 80s.

8. It is very clean, but perhaps it is because the hotel is still under renovation, it appears extremely sterile, almost like a hospital feel.
