1. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE:I hate to judge the service too much because our experience was probably not normal.

3. 00 a night , I work in the hotel industry I do the doorman/ bellperson job I also valet park at times were are told to own the situation and fix the problem they should teach this to all there except for the staff at cure the bistro ,mike at the front desk & Jorge at valet.

4. On Sunday we returned to find the exact same circumstances except the water had saturated a much broader span of carpet.

7. except The metro access is closed off after ten pm at night, then you have to reenter from escalator onto street and return into main hotel entrance.

8. Breakfast at the atrium had a wide variety of choices, the swimming pool was clean and not crowded at all, and because of the conference activities and the fact that I have been to Washington DC plenty of times, I saw no need to leave the hotel, except for activities related to the conference.
