1. It is sooooo centrally located, with the air & space museum only 5 mins walk away, capital hill 15mins, metro 5 mins and the shuttle bus to Dulles airport 5 mins(to Hazy museum if you loved the air & space museum - is a must.

7. I love that it has a Starbucks for early morning coffee at one corner, a McDonalds for a late night snack at the other corner, and a CVS pharmacy in between for those accidentally forgotten items.

10. Plain scrambled eggs, or with ham and spinach, turkey or regular sausage links, pancakes, make your own waffle, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, grits (I know most probably don't care for it but I love grits.
