1. the tour desk in the lobby had Old Trolleybus tours which were hop on hop off but much more comfortable than double decker buses.

3. )--plenty of fluffy towels, sheets & comforter were nice, lots of pillows, lighting was good, bath was OK but our shower didn't flow fully (some water came out of the tap instead of the shower).
