1. We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant all 3 nights we were there--not what I usually like to do.

3. When I arrived there were a lot of people in power wheelchairs - I spoke to their group leader or guide - he said they were there to support disabled people living on their own and to not be forced into care facilities or something like that.

4. Even the parking here is cheaper than any of the other hotels, which is a plus, if you, like us, just wanted to leave the car there and walk everywhere.

6. Also, a hint to any visitors from out of town that like their wine or beer or cocktails: there are NO package stores anywhere near the hotel and the drinks in the bar are heavily watered down and very pricey.

8. We travel light, and don't have strollers or anything like that to deal with, so it wasn't a really big deal (grumble-worthy, but not a big deal) but I could see where it'd be a hassle if you had to pack in a ton of stuff from the furthest reaches of the parking garage.

10. Our room was equipped with an HDTV and had about 50 channels which is great for me since I like to watch TV before I go to bed.
